SYNOPSIS

In the wake of Canada's grower legalization in 2018, Biofloral faced the challenge of shifting its quiet, middleman image to become a bold industry pioneer. Franck Munn stepped in to strategize, design, and manage a one-of-a-kind wooden trade show exhibit that aligned perfectly with Biofloral's reimagined brand identity.

Franck addressed the complexities of co-branding with Biofloral's partner, CANNA, creating clarity and cohesion among stakeholders. The meticulously designed exhibit featured an authentic and inviting growing area, unique furniture zones for activations, and interchangeable graphics and screens for optimal messaging.

Not only did the exhibit attract widespread attention, but it also became a profit-generating activation, expanding from an initial 400 sq ft to a grand 1500 sq ft. Today, the exhibit is a must-visit, elevating the overall experience for trade show attendees and confirming Biofloral's leadership status in the industry.
