Desjardins Entreprises initially approached Atmosphere Event Communication and our affiliate Franck, with a specific request: to create a team-building solution for their upcoming "ENSEMBLE: Colloque de la force de vente Entreprise" event. What they received in return, however, was far beyond a simple team-building exercise. After a thorough case analysis, Franck unveiled a comprehensive event concept that perfectly encapsulated Desjardins' vision for transformation and innovation.
This concept was the result of Franck's unique methodology, which involved not just addressing the brief but reimagining it. By collaborating with Montreal's finest in innovation and design thinking, Franck crafted an event that seamlessly integrated creative workshops, interactive experiences, and a cohesive thematic narrative.
The event, "ENSEMBLE: Colloque de la force de vente Entreprise," was set against the backdrop of Desjardins' organizational transformation, shifting from a conservative culture to one of innovation and change. The event journey began with a telegram, transporting attendees 100 years back and guiding them through a time-travel experience. This journey highlighted key organizational moments and engaged participants in envisioning Desjardins' future.
Interactive workshops, immersive audio-visual experiences, and innovative sessions like stakeholder alignment workshops were key highlights. These elements not only celebrated the organization's past but also sparked discussions on future strategies, aligning everyone towards a common vision. The event's success lay in its ability to blend historical reverence with futuristic aspirations, creating an emotionally engaging and intellectually stimulating experience for over 1000 directors and executives.
Franck's leadership in integrating hundreds of stakeholders, specialty consultants, creative content creation, event and interactive technologies, and production elements transformed a simple team building request into an extraordinary event that resonated deeply with Desjardins Entreprises, marking a significant milestone in their journey of transformation and innovation.

The journey began with an in-depth case analysis and the onboarding of key expertise, followed by regrouping stakeholders for a pivotal workshop that crystallized common objectives and set the tone with key messages, the theme, and main learning components for the entire event. The design phase was a blend of strategic thinking and creative exploration, leveraging design thinking learning principles and Desjardins' rich heritage within multidimensional layers including a storytelling creative & narrative, entertaining components, fine speaker selection and an ongoing interaction prior, during and following the event.
The series of workshops and interactive experiences were intricately designed, maintaining the time-travel context. Each activity smoothly transitioned towards the objectives, with smaller group tasks and interaction on the community APP actively involving participants in every step. The experiences ranged from historical immersion to envisioning future strategies, creating a seamless and engaging journey.
The branding was developed to carry Desjardins identity while bringing a touch of unique fantasy that married well with the theme and key messages. This branding was deeply integrated into a comprehensive event communications campaign, encompassing website content, video scripts, email series, community APP posts, participant badges & signage, workshop collaterals, and speaker visual presentations.
The event featured a huge 100-foot screen and a high-quality surround sound system, creating an immersive audio-visual experience. This was enhanced with interactive light effects and technologies, actively involving participants and enveloping them in a visually stunning and participatory environment.
