The CANNA Triumph: A Masterclass in Brand Activation: In a time of decline for the grower industry, CANNA faced a formidable challenge.
The objective was clear: dominate the share of voice and reinforce CANNA as a high-quality, supportive brand. The Growup Expo in Victoria presented a unique opportunity. It was the first event of its kind on Vancouver Island, a hub for licensed producers. The challenge? Predicting turnout and justifying the investment.
Our affiliate guided the CANNA executive team through this complex decision-making process.Under our affiliate's guidance, CANNA took a bold approach. Instead of renting exhibit space, the brand sponsored key components of the event, turning the CANNA Official Lounge and the CANNA Networking Party into the epicenters of the expo. Our affiliate led the CANNA team in transforming a rooftop bar into a CANNA universe, complete with branded beach flags, a green carpet entrance, and even a branded volleyball game.
The results were astounding. CANNA not only dominated the event but also formed new partnerships and client accounts. Attendees spent the majority of their time in the CANNA environments, strengthening relationships and reinforcing key brand messages.
